Galantine's Plunge 2025 with SAUNA

Join us in partnership with Bywater Sauna for our annual Galantine's Day Plunge--this year with a Sauna.

We'll have the entire sauna to ourselves for 75 minutes so you can plunge as many or as few times as you want (or not at all).

The best part will be hanging with your hot-flashing friends in a beautiful cocoon of menopausitivity, though all ages are welcome for this annual event.
