Community Support & Education

The throughline of all the Launch Your Pause activities is innovation. Peri/menopause is a serious concern for many women and with that comes fear, worry, and uncertainty. We offer programs that address those factors while celebrating this new time of life.

Practice tools to enhance your self-awareness and resilience in menopause

Join us for a curated conversation/support series based on the lessons we've learned since 2018. Based on what women have shared in retreats and community conversations, we've designed a series that is both practical and creative.

Each week we'll cover a topic followed by a faciliated group conversation where you can share your thoughts, get support and get your questions answered.
