Our Approach

Rest

A fundamental pillar of our retreat is the honoring of rest. Despite our best intentions to slow down, often this is an unreachable goal in our everyday lives. Taking time to ‘retreat’ is acknowledging and fulfilling our need to open up space and time to just be. We leave behind the busy-ness and emerge with new energy and possibility.

RITUAL

Launch Your Pause was born out of the desire for a ritual to honor and celebrate the passage into and through peri/menopause.

We acknowledge change, give meaning to it, and make symbolic spaces for recognition, respect, and release.

Community

Our greatest lessons, particularly during the wisdom years of peri/menopause, come from each other. We are each other’s greatest referral sources, supports, and allies. Creating opportunities to celebrate ourselves and each other is embedded in all aspects of Launch Your Pause’s offerings.
